I bought a gadget that came with a recipe book. A few of the recipes mention granulated butter cheese. Can't find it on Google. Sounds sgusting. What on earth is it?
I think it's more as if it's been through a potato ricer ... if you want to know what you could use as a substitute, I could ask on the Food Forum I'm a member of ...?
