what to plant now after cropping rocket/lettuce ?

about a month - 6 weeks go I removed what was left in a plastic trug ... remnants of rocket and lettuce. I added some well rotted manure and soil/compost and left it after watering in.
just wondering what I could use it for now to get another crop before really winter sets in ... any suggestions ? (Preferably something edible - veg or herbs)
