Summer raspberries too tall - what to do?

It's the second year of canes on my summer raspberries. They're in a raised bed and the canes are MASSIVE - already a good 7ft tall and with them being in a raised bed as well they're unmanageable. I might move them next year but for now will it do any harm to take the top couple of feet off them?

Monty cut the tops off his I seem to remember. Alternatively put a post in both ends of the bed. Attach a wire between them and then you can (carefully) bend the canes over and tie them in.

I had canes that long last year  @Thankthecat I bent them into a circle against a trellis and cut off the ends, and had a good crop.
