    Excellent! I'm hoping for rain next week which will be the 3rd lot in recent weeks to break the months of drought. It hasn't been the worst like other areas have suffered and I'm going to save as much water as possible.

    Can you now send it across to Essex please as we've only had 2 brief heavy showers since June.
    Heaving so many watering cans around every day is wearing but at least my right bicep is twice the size it was.
    Next year I'll use my left arm..

    Reservoirs are so low in Devon at the moment,  it’s going to take ages for them to replenish,  we’re making savings where we can but it’s looking dire.

    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
