Brilliant photos!! The slugs finished off my little verbena plants, but yes they do seem to like phlox. They're very cuddly aren't they? Imagine if they were the size of cats! Don't roll your eyes, I can see you!

We have had a couple throughout the summer. Red valerian seems to be what they go for.
