Atypical CML/XML ( not plant related ! )

Wondering whether anyone has any experience of the above ?  Have looked online but can't really find much to enlighten me.
Diagnosed in 2019, followed by hospital stay for pneumonia.  Change of consultant leading to some recent chemo plus morphine,and blood transfusions. Female age 73. 
Sounds pretty serious to me.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

I haven't heard of XML @philippasmith2
I'm familiar with others as my husband was diagnosed with AML in 2003 and although they are all different over time his consultant spoke of different types.

Thanks @Uff.  Apparently the diagnosis was originally AML and then re diagnosed ? as XML.
That's all I have to go on and the NHS website mentioned both.  I'll just have to dig deeper I guess.
