Perianual sweet peas
I live in North Yorkshire
. Near North York Moors.
They are very greedy, and enormous, I've got mostly white ones a few pink. They suddenly appear from no-where. I planted them a few years ago, then forgot about them, and put the annuals round the same metal Obelisk. I must admit, I find they do better in part shade. Because of the extreme heat this year, they've gone to seed very quickly
The first year after planting mine they didn't flower so this is my third year now and flowering for the first time. I don't know if that's normal or not but I know what to expect for next year and I shall feed them at the beginning of the season with tomato food and give them plenty of water.
