Problems with my Peace Lily's Leaves - Any Ideas?

I repotted my cherished indoor Peace Lily of 10 years for the first time about 6 weeks ago. I have pruned the plant of dead, unsightly and yellow leaves that I noticed had some brown spots on. However, recently I have noticed that some of the leaves have developed these small brown spots again. A couple have also turned yellow.

The plant is kept by the window in indirect light in the same spot for about 5 years and was doing fine. I've attached some photos, if anyone might have any ideas on what the problem could be I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Your plant looks fine to me. As it is an evergreen there will always be a few aging leaves that don't look as good as the rest, and there may be some this year that have suffered from the very hot weather. Those leaves you show look as if they might have caught a bit more sun than the others. Nothing to worry about either way, your plant looks otherwise very healthy :)
