My pear in my backyard doesn't look well I got black leaves and black branches can anybody help me with cars and how can I fix

When you say “backyard” it suggests to me that you don’t live in Britain. If so, the problem with your tree may be a uniquely American one of which I have no knowledge, I’m afraid.

Sounds like sooty mould. Not sure of the treatment if the whole tree is affected.
