At last my slow Telegraph cucumbers have born fruit! Picked 3 in last few days and more appearing. I'm too impatient!

!!! Cold cucumber soup, gazpacho and lots of cucumber salad. Good to put sliced on your eyes in this heat !!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

Mine too, I’ve grown them for my snails, they’ll eat one a day.
Still plenty for us, wonder if you can make a courgette cake with cucumbers, anyone tried?

Could probably be as bland as a courgette cake

But - you can make cucumber soup or gazpacho and freeze it! I cook onions and cucumbers for my soup.
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

I cooked this the other day -

- and it was delish but another time I'd use chicken thigh instead of breast.
