Allium question

Planted these last autumn, Allium Ping Pong but some have come up differently. Will they be same next year if I leave them in? Thanks

Well they don't look like ping pong which is Allium ampeloprasum and should have ping pong ball type heads.  They look more like Allium vineale "Hair"  or even "Dready"which produces lots of bulbils  instead of a flower head.  It could just be an aberration due to weather, but I think its more likely your bulbs were mislabelled and will come back the same next year. Try contacting the supplier with a photo and see what they say.

Thanks. I bought them in Wilko, every other one has come up as labled on packet. I thought there may have been something wrong with the bulb. They have flowered the same time as the Ping Pong. Thank You.
