Plant ID please

Can anybody please help with identifying this perennial? I was given two of these a couple of years ago and was sure I'd killed both, happily this isn't the case. Last year they looked sort of short and bushy but this year, after being potted on into larger pots, they've shit up and this is the first time they've flowered.

I agree, possibly Campanula glomerata or lactifolia?

Asarum

Campanula trachelium, or Nettle leaved Bellflower.
