Recipe …stone the fruit ,weigh prepared fruit ,put the same weight of sugar ,after stewing the fruit with a dessert spoon of lemon juice ,add sugar ,stir till it dissolves ,then boil it for about 5 minutes ,don’t let it burn Put into warmed jars .Keeps for ages
