Tomato blight

Just noticed that my outside Toms seem to be affected by blight - coastal W Somerset so warm(ish) but windy.  GH ones are OK.
I know from previous comments that 2021 was bad for many of us in this regard but has anyone seen any signs of it so far this year ?

Not yet, it's too dry here at the moment. 🤞

No sign here in Kent, last year was bad, we lost all of our outdoor toms ( blight resistant variety), it's been very dry this year so not much danger at the moment.

Sorry @Sheps - got rid as soon as spotted .  Don't know whether there are any pics for comparison on the thread (s) from last year  ?

    No problem @philippasmith2
  • Did you by chance touched or changed the roots or cut into them stems, @philippasmith2? In my experience, blight appeared when both were disturbed.

    I my garden.

@Simone_in_Wiltshire No - the only disturbance has been from the rain and wind but no damage to stems/roots
I did have some of my outside toms affected by blight last year but fairly minor when compared to the total loss experienced by others.
Perhaps just unlucky this time and plenty more toms in the GH thankfully :)
