I have been using this system for 3 years now and always seem to come up to the same issue. Firstly I have no problems with yields. They are great except for the large varieties such as big boy where the fruits are distorted and the plant stops itself at the first or second truss.. The main issue are the plants themselves. The leaves become mottled and twisted out of shape and side shoots grow very quickly. The plants soon look sickly.
