What pest is this?

I’ve found dozens of these little bugs all over my lettuce and radishes. They are causing some damage and would like to get rid of them organically!

    I didn’t think vine weevils were this small, also these can fly!

    Is it a chafer beetle?? 
    Have you seen any white grubs in the borders or lawn?

    They have the good grace to crunch in a very satisfying manner when you stand on them

    A bit small for vine weevil. There are more kinds of weevil than any other beetles
