Indian bean tree

I have an indian bean tree in a very established south facing garden. The first few years (3-4 yrs ago) of living here it produced huge green leaves and lovely flowers/beans.  Last year and this year we literally have some branches with no leaves on at all. it sits within a large round flower bed and i suspect its not getting enough water? any thoughts?

We have an Indian bean tree gloden which has been in the garden for many years. We do prune it back every 3 years as it would just be too big for our garden. It always produces new growth with leaves and this year we have more flowers developing.We don't water it and only rely on the rainful. Sorry that yours is not doing so well but hopefully it will come back.

thanks it is pretty big (25-30 ft) but as its whole branches not sure how we would prune - need an expert!!

Maybe verticillium wilt?
