Yellowing Leaves Fiesta Apple Tree

Hi,

We have just moved into our new home and we are slowly getting to grips with caring for the large garden and fruit and veg plot!

We have a fiesta apple tree and over the past week we have seen a large amount of the leaves turning yellow. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this may be happening?

Thanks
Sasha

It may just be settling in .Keep it well watered and give it a chance to recover and settle after all it’s only been planted a week .

Did I misunderstand.Did you plant it a week ago or was it already established in the garden I’m not sure what you mean .

It does look like a young plant and with the warmth we have had maybe it needs some more watering to help it.

I don’t think you need worry too much it’s only a relatively young tree ,make sure you water it well in dry weather and some all round feed wont hurt it either ,just get some all purpose liquid feed and follow the instructions.Apple trees can take years to get going sometimes.
