Spotted carrot fly this morning

Hi All, I have three rows of carrots growing in a raised bed. I sowed the seeds about 6 weeks ago. Last night I foolishly removed protection from the top and this morning I found the soil dug up around the middle row and carrot fly now hanging around that row.
Is there a chance I can save the carrots by doing something immediately?
