hi.can anybody tell what tree it is ??i want to buy but dont know the name.saw it in germany

If you mean the one in the middle pf your pic - it's a Monkey Puzzle tree. The proper name is Araucaria
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

, they grow very tall. The one in the picture is just a baby and I think it's far too near the house for the long term.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

They grow huge … they look ugly if you prune them … and they are pretty thirsty.
