Are the purple marks on my spuds a reason for concern or are they gd?.

All is gd..I just looked online and the blush is a natural trait of this type

They look fabulous. Green with envy here. Lots of varieties of potatoes have purplish patches. Can’t remember whether Kestrel is one of them* but there’s nothing at all that would concern me, other than have you got plenty of mint to cook them with? 🤤
