Darlac freebies with GW subscription

Are Darlac any good? Actually contemplating this GW subscription offer just for the freebies, secateurs always being handy especially the digging cutting measuring thing. Could post the magazines to my mum.

    Darlac secateurs are good.  I've used them & like the fact that you can release the lock with the thumb of your pruning hand, whilst holding the bit of rose bush or whatever with the other hand.  They come in 3 sizes too, as well as a left hand version.  Don't know if the offer gives you the choice though...
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    I discovered Darlac when looking for a sharpening tool.  Really impressed with the quality of the brand.  Sounds like a good offer to me!

    I use a pair and I'm very impressed. The lock also allows you to only half open them when you're only pruning thin branches.
    I sort of reviewed them on here when I bought mine back in 2019. In fairness they only get used for the big jobs these days because I bought myself a pair of darlac snips for the more delicate stuff.

    I wonder how many people have rushed out to buy a subscription on the strength of this thread?! I certainly have. Perhaps you should have commission, @WhereAreMySecateurs 😂

    Looks like a good offer; the secateurs are £23 on Amazon....thinking about it.
    Based in Sussex, I garden to encourage as many birds to my garden as possible.

    @ShepherdsBarn I agree wholeheartedly.  :smiley:

    Ironically, I haven't got around to doing it yet...
