Deciding on which tree

Hello 👋 looking for a tree to solve these problems please !! we are looking for a slow growing tree, doesn’t get too large,  that’s deciduous and to go in a spot that gets south westerly winds and full sun in a south facing garden. We’d like it to screen overlooking neighbours in the summer but not be too blocking of our view out the kitchen window of the rest of the garden! Is there such a tree?!

we actually discovered that we have a small mountain ash/rowan in the garden so perhaps we could re-locate it 😊👍thank you, definitely will consider all these suggestions !
