Any experience of The Secret Garden Company?

I purchased plants in January of this company and despite constant emails to them have received nothing, not even an answer. The Email is [email protected] lavender and on goggling it is a lavender company ... certainly not what I purchased.
Anyone know anything about either company please

So... several months wait for that, and now I have a gap in my front garden where three astilbes were going to go!
I will stick to proper nurseries from now on.
Just had a fabulous order from Ballyrobert and getting another one from Brookside tomorrow. Even J Parkers perennials though tiny and imperfect were far better than this SGC rubbish.
