Has anyone else had this happen?

I received some pelagonium cuttings from my Bestie and I noticed that there were some unusual leaves on one of the plants. Two leaves were actually formed into bell shapes with the petioles coming from the top of the 'bell' so that they look like pixie caps. Apologies for my pictures not being too clear - the leaves wouldn't pose!

I did wonder if it was some type of fasciation but I am really unsure.
