Peach tree yellowing leaves

I have a potted peach tree living in the greenhouse. Last year it got really quite sick. The leaves went yellow and dropped and it gave a few small fruits but these also dropped. I finally twigged that it needed fertiliser and I aslo repotted it in winter. This year it's come back originally fine and has lots of fruits that are growing well. However in the past couple of weeks it is again getting yellow leaves. It's just the tiny new leaves so far that are going yellow and dropping. The rest look healthy. I am fertilising with liquid 'gromore' fertiliser every week. I might have been overwatering a bit so I've cut back on this. However it's still doing it! Has anyone got any other suggestions how I can keep it healthy? I would really like some peaches to eat this year  Thanks
