What Do I Do Next ?

Hi all, hope someone can help me here. I take it that this plant is dividing in some strange way and trying to flower at the same time ? Looks like it's taking a toll as some of the leaves (If that's what you call them) are turning a bit black. Do I have to do anything to help it divide. If only it just had a pup like the one next to it 🤣

    Thanks B3, I think 😂. Did wonder as I read that's what happen with some of them, just hoped this variety wasn't one of them. Have to find something to fill the hole.
