Yukka- indoor house plant - does it need repotting?

We’ve had a yukka now for at least two years and wondering if it needs repotting? If so, what size of pot? And what soil etc should I use? 
It is currently in a pot about 25cm diameter, 22cm high.
We we’re going to move it into one 30cm diameter, 27cm high? 
Not sure what to do, thanks!

    Best way to tell is to either check the bottom of the pot and see if there’s any roots coming out of the bottom / if there is a gap between the bottom of the roots and bottom of the pot, or to gently remove it from the pot and have a look

    That pot size sounds good to me
