Allium rust

Hi does anyone have any tips on allium rust. I have loads of alliums which have taken me years to fill a large garden space. I’ve brought a different type from my loval
garden centre last year. It developed rust spots which now looks like it has infected my whole garden of beautiful alliums. Any ideas of how to get rid or do I have to cut everything down ☹️.
thanks

Not sure I can really help but one thought. When Alliums are about to flower all of the foliage can be cut off with no harm to the bulb.

@teri.goodwin345 Removing leaves may help control it but it can over winter. Allium leaves start to die back from the tip before flowering, so I plant them with hardy geraniums to cover the leaves.
