Identifying Plants

Jo_WJo_W Posts: 16
Hello

I'm new to this forum and am a keen gardener (but still very much learning!)  I've itemised all the plants in my garden in the hope I'll know what to do when the winter comes, but I've a couple of plants unidentified.

Any help would be appreciated, if you think you may be able to help.

TIA :-)
Jo

    welcome to the forum
    1 peony
    2 choisya ternata
3 could be Scabious, or cephalaria
    Devon.

Thank you so much, I also thought the first one was a peony, but I'm certain I only planted one (I've another one in the same flower bed). I think the 3rd one is scabious, it rings a bell and it does flower too.

If the third one has yellow flowers and gets to 5ft or so, Cephalaria gigantea.

Thank you, I don't think they are yellow flowers, but it does get tall as I remember having to put bamboo poles in to keep it upright last year.
