It doesn’t seem to have a scent really.

Looks to me like Anagallis arvensis aka Scarlet Pimpernel or Poor Man’s Weatherglass.

    Thanks @Dovefromabove
Interesting, I’ll let it live somewhere else.

Maybe better to remove it completely.

I agree … there’ll be plenty more where that came from … a common weed on cultivated ground. 😊

Stellaria media ..common name chickweed looks similar.
    It has round stems.
    Tiny white flowers.
While Scarlet pimpernel has square stems.

Either way maybe better to remove it completely.

Oh a weed. I thought if it was a bigger flower. The problem with trying to save everything haha

Wildflowers are weeds and weeds are wildflowers.

Scarlet pimpernel is a pretty little thing and as a child I loved the way it’s flowers closed when rain was coming … so I’m fond of it … but I wouldn’t grow it on purpose and I hoe it out of my veg patch.

I’ve hoed the veg bed, it was therapeutic. A lot of forget me not seedlings and I noticed more pignuts.
