My guess is Senecio cineraria (dusty miller). Often sold as a bedding plant, and usually grown for the foliage rather than the flowers. I used to have them and they would sometimes last for a few years and get quite big and flower, but I don't think they flowered this early in the year. Maybe it's a pic from last summer, or my memory could be at fault (very likely).
