Lovely. Just to say that I was a lurker before I joined the forum and was glad that I did - when I did. It would be great to see some new faces.

Hiya ❤️ I've lurked on and off for the last three or so years I think? I have a wee postage stamp sized garden in South Wales that was built up at some point so is top soil on top of a heck of a lot of builders' rubble, sand and random detritus and old garden walls (discovering a wall after having already excavated an entire bag of solid cement made putting in a tiny wildlife pond far more difficult than it should have been) on top of solid clay. There's so much rubble, grit and sand my back garden is remarkably well drained, despite the clay. I like plants my slugs don't eat and tend towards natives and cottage garden plants.

Welcome @tichimera . Glass half full. You have a rock garden maybe a perfect place for alpine plants😊

Good to meet you @tichimera 😊
I know some bits of S Wales as I have relatives on the Gower and near Swansea. Love a wildlife pond … we have one too 😊

Very pleased to meet you @queen.carbonel 😊 make yourself at home, find a comfy sofa … coffee’s hot ☕️ or do you prefer tea 🫖?
