variegated laurel
I've had three pieces of laurel in a vase which I bought indoors 3 months ago to add a little greenery to the room (along with holly). I change the water frequently, but recently found the laurel has lots of long, stringy roots.
Can I put these straight into the garden, or do I put them in pots with compost to start them off.
I welcome all advice.
Many thanks.
