Planting Blackberries

I've got topsoil arriving today for my annual raised bed refill and reshuffle and I'm going to be planting some blackberries this year. The variety is Purple Opal and I'm just checking what to add when planting it. I have farmyard manure as well chicken manure and Rootgrow. Which would be best?

I have a Waldo growing on a fence that does really well - over 6Kg last year.
I just added some home made compost when planting and I give it a little BFB and a mulch every spring. It thrives.
After all, they're only brambles and they seem to thrive almost anywhere.
