Is this fire blight?

Hi, I cut these branches off my little pear tree. It’s about 5 years old I think. Is it fire blight? The tips of the branches I cut off are dark and there are lesions on the bark.
is there anything I can do apart from taking off the branches? There is one more area on the tree that has a similar lesion but no blackening and I have left that for now.
