Apologies for my ignorance but is this a rhododendron and is there such a thing as a climbing rhododendron?

    Trachelospermum jasminoides (?) maybe wrong in hindsight !!

    It's a honeysuckle that has small yellow flowers Biglad and it's evergreen. Snap I have one. 
    Edit to add if I remember correctly it's Halliana

    Thanks folks. Interesting :D That's not what I was told it was!

    It was given to me in a terrible state last year but has recovered somewhat.

    Are the leaves in the 2nd picture off the same plant as the first?  they look quite different..  only the first photo looks like common Privet... the 2nd not so much..

    Yes @Marlorena, definitely the same plant.

    Took the photos this afternoon after digging it up - it was right next to a tree stump that is being removed tomorrow.

    If it’s anything like the Halliana we had it’ll take quite a severe hack back😀 I think the poor thing has gone through enough for the moment  though but something to bear in mind for the future.
