Utilising fallen tree

My neighbour has turned
some of the trunk into stumps for use as stools.  We’ve been waiting ten days for the council to do something, nothing so far.

Im thinking about chipping the twigs up to use as bark chips for my woodland beds.

Possible to make some edging out of this lot?

Any other uses?

I'd chip as much as possible, keep the straightest branches for border edging if needed and give/sell the rest for firewood.
