Garlic problem?

please have a look at our garlic bed. I’m concerned with the leaves on the first early plants.  Some leaves are dying on the first planted. Have we got a problem? Just sprayed the whole bed with a solution of bicarbonate of soda just in case it helps. Thanks again for your help. Valerie

    They look ok to me  You can expect them to take some battering over winter due to wind and  frost.

    Thank you @Zoomer44 we have grown garlic before and I haven’t noticed the leaves going white and dry as we live on the south coast which is very mild. But I’m glad they are ok and it’s only a battering on the ones planted first. Valerie

    I agree it's just some weather damage, they will grow out of it.
