Hearing from regular readers who don't comment, happy lurkers and the hesitant

I'd love to hear from regular forum readers who don't comment at all or very much. Perhaps you are happy to just observe; perhaps you feel your English isn't very good or you live in another country; perhaps you feel you don't have enough years of gardening experience behind you. Perhaps you feel too young, or too old, feel you have too many questions or don't understand how the forum works.  Or perhaps you are just hesitant to dive in.

What is your experience of the forum?

I suppose I am a happy lurker! I generally scroll through the recent new posts to see if there is anything I might be interested in. I have certainly picked up some useful information, just haven't felt the need to post or comment. I am generally wary of online forums/chat as they can so often degenerate into conflict and arguments but I must say that this seems a friendly place.

I am also a happy lurker. I'm a fairly shy / reserved person in general and I tend to lurk on most forums I've frequented.

I made a few posts over the years, either when I'm feeling brave and have decided to ask a question, or on the rare occasion where I feel have something valuable to add. 

I generally like scrolling through to see how other people garden and pick up all useful information posted

Not sure if I count as a lurker, I had started to join in more regularly. But certain ex forum member put me off for a while. I've been sporadically looking in since. Seems as if the forum is back to its former glory.

I suppose you could call me a lurker these days. I  read the forum every day,  but due to work hours I,  rarely find the time to post.  Hope you are all keeping well....or coping.

I have never used another forum but I find this one friendly and helpful. No one ever points out that I am an idiot to ask the questions I ask or make the mistakes I make and I feel free to express an opinion. Almost everyone is positive and knowledgeable. You don't need courage to ask or comment - we are all living and learning as we go.
