i did think that it could be this plant, just dont know how it got there

Yes it is near a Bird bath

Last year we had a plant that started growing in one of the pots. Turned out to be a beautiful buddleia (and not one that we already have in the garden). This must have come from birds as near to feeders and bird bath.
