Anyone in North Devon fancy a little planting design job?

I need to rejuvenate the planting in my little flower garden but I'm on a tight budget. Rather than ripping out and starting again, or spending a fortune on new plants, what I want to do is move some of the existing plants and propagate from them to fill in gaps. Some things probably need removing and I need more evergreen winter structure. I'd like some help with this as I'm feeling totally overwhelmed by it. I've been wanting to do it for three years now but lack the courage to make any decisions about what would look best where. So I'm looking for someone with a decent eye for design to come and visit, asses what I have and help me come up with a plan. I'm near South Molton and happy to pay a reasonable hourly wage within my budget - I'm not looking for a top design job but more of a hand-hold! Anyone fancy it?

Bicton Horticultural College near Budleigh Salterton is probably too far away but they might have a student who’d be happy to do freelance work. Otherwise, ask for recommendations on Nextdoor.com

Would you be happy to post photos on here and show what you have and what you would like? There are many on this forum who have great ideas and have helped numerous others with ideas of what they could achieve and how to do it and it would be free of charge!  :)
