Aeonium pest causing leaf drop?
Hi everyone, my aeoniums have been happy for years. I’ve recently been dealing with a thrips invasion indoors and now all the leaves are dropping and they have these black marks at the leaf base and scarring at the ends on some I’ve already picked off and binned.
when I first noticed thrips, I sprayed the aeoniums too (been using neem oil solution, and rubbing alcohol) and now I haven’t seen any thrips for a couple of weeks. However, the leaves are still dropping. Is it thrips or something else? It seems to have spread like a pest, ie. plants that were neighbouring have this, one at other window (same aspect) is okay. My plan is to be brutal and strip all marked leaves in case they contain eggs/larvae but wanted to ask advice first - thanks!
