The stainless fork rusted and burst open yesterday, detaching from the handle. This fork is only a couple years old, so I'd like to complain and get a refund from the manufacturer. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you able to get a refund from the manufacturer? If so, how did you get in contact with the manufacturer?
