Seed and Plant Swap 2022

LynLyn Posts: 23,085
Here’s  a new thread where you can offer any seeds or plants you don’t want or have spares.
Doesn't have to be a swap,   Some people like just the postage back,   you can negotiate in a Private Message.

Glad you set it up this year @Lyn. I caused confusion last year with my spelling of swap as "swop" 😊

I’ll sort my seeds out later.

  • I've got quite a few rooted succulents leaf cuttings that can be posted in a small box (counts as large letter). Let me know which varieties you'd like, happy to take seeds mix etc as a swap.

I also have some seeds that can be swapped (opened ones are from 2021):

    Succulents cuttings:

Main varieties (i.e. the parent plants):

Think it's called ghost plant, very fast growing:

Don't know the name of this one but it's supposed to be quite common, easily rooted too:

    Another very common echeveria:

@Fire. Could I have a few of the Maskota seeds please,  only about 4 or five.
ill send a message with address, thank you.

@msqingxiao. Your succulents are lovely,  I’m not good with houseplants though.

    @Lyn sure
  • Oh great! I definitely have seeds I'd be very happy to pass on rather than see wasted. I'll have a look through later today and make a list.

  • I have full packets of the following:
    Digitalis purpurea (native purple)
    Digitalis purpurea "Alba White"
    Cleome Colour Fountain
    Beetroot Cylindra

And enough to share of these - all bought last year:
    Rudbeckia Hirta
    Verbena bonariensis
    Corncockle
    Honesty
    Sunflowers (Mr Fothergills Sunburst Mixed)
    Basil
    Costoluto Fiorentino tomatoes
Lettuce - salad bowl green, marvel of four seasons, all year round
Mini pumpkins - Jack Be Little (orange), Baby Boo (white)

I know I have more seeds coming for my birthday next week and I'm sure there'll be plenty spare of some of them, so I'll update my list when I can.

@msqingxiao, I like the look of the little ghost plants. :) Do I have anything you might like to swap for? Otherwise I'm happy to cover the postage cost.
