Garlic & Onion not sprouting?

Had great success growing Garlic over the last two years and looking back at photos they come through within two weeks. 

I planted them this year on the 17th November and 1 has just come through, dug one of each up and both have developed good roots but no growth from top of sets/cloves?

I think you just need to be a bit more patient … if they’ve got roots the top growth will follow. That’s the order things happen in.

Our garlics have been very very slow to get going during the autumn this year.

Some are showing some good green shoots but others not good.

Mad weather conditions?

Mine don't show any top growth until spring, they'll be fine just leave them be.
