Hello Fellow Gardeners, i have been researching of the name of this plant in my garden but to no success. so I thought of asking your assistance again ...

    I love the white ones but they don't like our climate here unfortunately. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Agree with bullfinch.....Escallonia.

    Escallonia iveyi is the common white one here.
    There are others.

    indeed it is Escallonia Iveyi - white flower.

    Similarly, Escallonia answered the name of the other hedge bush at the back of our fence with red flower or reddish pink flower

    The reds/pinks are much more common @LToby. Good for drier, sunnier sites, and often used as hedging  :)

    @Fairygirl - that explains its current habitat. Dry and sunny all the time..
