Pruning grapevine

Sorry if I have posted this 12 months ago, but we are here again, I planted a vine and lead it into the polytunnel, that was 2 years ago, the first year was very slow and it grew with two stems to about 1 metre, I pruned it down to I think 2 or 3 buds from the base (back to harder wood) this year it was very slow to begin, however, it seems to have thickened out and is now 1.5 metres tall and then it turns along with my wood for another 1 metre. I am reluctant to cut it right back for fear of it not getting a good start next year, what in your opinion is best to do, and should I carry on feeding, I have used rotted manure in a liquid form, and is it Q4 or something.

A photo would help as would an indication of how you want to train it. No point in feeding over the winter though.

There's very good advice on the RHS SITE too long to copy onto here. This is the correct time to prune them. I bought hubby a "Strawberry"grape July 2020,it's about 3mtr tall, had a really good first bunch this year.
