What are these 2 shrubs please?

Hello everyone,
We recently moved to a new house and there's a nice garden at the back with some mature plants. There are a couple of shrubs that I don't recognise. Do you know what they are?

1st shrub:

2nd shrub:

We also have quite a big Olive tree right (about 4m in height) next to the kitchen extension we are thinking of removing as it's too close to the building. Do you think it would be possible for someone who knows what they are doing, to dig it out without killing the tree?

Thank you very much.

I thought Ribes (flowering currant) and Phiadelphus (mock orange blossom) too.

  • Any advice on taking the olive tree out please?
