Giant cosmos

Hi. I have a pink cosmos plant that is approx 3.2mtrs, it’s gone bonkers! Everyone I’ve shown says they've never seen anything like it. Is this common?? Any info appreciated. Thanks

    Thanks for response all. All I’ve done is miracle gro every few weeks + watering but it’s a monster, hey? The top is about to flower so I don’t think it’ll grow any higher. I love my garden but no expert so just amazed really! Thanks
